United Front is one of three a service pillars of Fort Wayne united focused on providing keynotes, special events and corporate training focused on empowering communities, forging connection for cultural growth and driving tangible change.
Our Origin Story…
United Front began from a dedicated group of Fort Wayne leaders in 2020. United Front began with a simple idea: to improve diversity within a local fire department. This idea quickly expanded into a citywide initiative with a powerful mission—to foster a shared humanity and create a common language for racial diversity and inclusion in our community. We are now a platform for action, dialogue, and lasting cultural change. This quickly grew into a citywide initiative focused on improving racial diversity and inclusion. Today, we have evolved into a commitment to strengthening leadership and advancing cultural training through the lens of our shared humanity, equipping our community to grow together with greater understanding and connection.
